Good morning!
I’m caught up on entering cards for challenges, so now I can start sharing my backlog of cards made this month. Today’s card was created for my nephew who will be 21 in a few weeks. We saw him at his sister’s birthday party over the weekend and gave it to him then.
I was stumped coming up with a 21 card that didn’t have to do with gambling or drinking…and having to make it masculine was a challenge too! I went to Pinterest and looked up ideas for using the MFT Blueprints since I wanted to use one of mine. I found THIS card by Michele Boyer and it was perfect. I changed just a few things – the color scheme and adding a 21 in the corner instead of a big star. My nephew loved that I customized it with New York Yankee colors and pinstripes since he’s a fan of them.
I am really happy with how it turned out!
Thanks for stopping by today!
