Card #50!

Hi!

This is Card #50 for the year!!

I made this one for the basket swap I mentioned in my previous post.  I love these sweet daisies and the Country Garden papers from Bo Bunny were perfect for it.  I used the current sketch challenge at The Paper Players.

2016 Card 50 - Papertrey Ink Vintage Picnic

I colored the image with copics and cut it out with my MFT Mini Scallop Stitched Circle Stax.  The base patterned paper was cut from MFT’s Blueprints 24 and I added a few Doodlebug sprinkles.

Here is the sketch~

Tulips in a Basket

Hello!

I needed to make a card for a Never Been Used Before stamp card swap. I chose Papertrey Ink’s Vintage Picnic and Vintage Picnic sentiments sets. I have had these sets for years and took them out for a basket swap but decided to make this card first.

2016 Card 49 - Papertrey Ink Vintage Picnic

I colored up the tulips and basket with my copics and matted the image.  I paired the image with Authentique’s Be{you}tiful papers.   The yellow paper and the banner were cut with MFT’s Blueprints 24.  I added a few Doodlebug glitter sprinkles, my current favorite embellishments.

I used the current sketch from Sketch Saturday.

Jelly Bean Thief and Flowering Fields

Back again with two more cards from yesterday!

The first one is an Easter card I made for a swap using the House Mouse Pastels challenge and the sketch at Mojo Monday.

2016 Card 35 - House Mouse Jelly Bean Thief

I used House Mouse Jelly Bean Thief and colored him with copics. The sentiment is from a Papertrey Ink stamp set. Paper is from Doodlebug’s Hello Spring paper pad. Sketch is linked at the bottom of the post.

My 2nd card is for the sketch at Stamp, Paper, Ink Challenge and the Thank You challenge at Global Design Project.

2016 Card 36 - Stampin Up Flowering Fields

I used the Flowering Fields Sale-a-bration set from Stampin Up and Pretty Petals dsp.  The flowers were stamped on watercolor paper with Old Olive ink and watercolored with Calypso Coral, Pacific Point, Minta Macaron and Old Olive inks. The thanks is from the Cottage Greetings stamp set.

Bitty Butterflies

Yes, I’m back with a mid-day post (thank you pre-scheduling!)

I made this card a few weeks ago for a butterfly swap and forgot to share it.  I used Papertrey Ink’s new Bitty Butterflies cover die and coordinating stamp set.  I popped up a few of the butterflies.  The colors were from one of PTI’s anniversary challenges – Stormy Sea, Aqua Mist, Smokey Shadow, Mint Julep (I subbed SU Pistachio Pudding) and Tropical Teal.

Have a great day!
