Today I’m joining in a super fun color combo hop with the Stamping with Friends group!

Here is the cool color combination we are using today. 

 

First I pulled out cardstock, then my inks and finally some DSP in these colors. Then I looked over the stamp sets I have pulled out for this month and nothing was sparking interest until I saw the Seas the Day stamp set. I thought with the blues, creating an ocean themed card was the way to go. 

I cut out the large die frame and then decided to layer it on white cardstock. So to get it prepped for the ocean, I inked up my folder with Tahitian Tide using a blending brush to get subtle color. Then I stamped some bubbles in Pacific Point. Finally I ran it through the Big Shot with the Cascading Ruffles 3D embossing folder. It gives it a cool texture. 

Then I stamped the sea creatures in the colors above and popped them up with dimensionals.
