I decided to use items from Stampin’ Up!’s Whale of a Time suite. It’s so bright and summery! I am waiting for pictures from my sister to scrapbook, but in the meantime, I can make some cute cards!
I let the paper do the most of the work on this card, just adding the stamped whale and a sentiment. The whale and water drops are popped up. I added some Shimmery Crystal Effects on the water drops.
