Hello!
I was a bit burnt out from LOAD so I took a little break from crafting. I spent several days reorganizing my Stampin’ Up! supplies, separating current and retired stuff. All of the current stuff is now in a Raskog cart from IKEA. It looks so nice and neat! All of my punches and embossing folders are labeled. Every current item is now logged into Evernote, ready to create with it all now!
I created this card tonight for the Create with Connie & Mary challenge that ends tomorrow. It’s a fun color challenge using Cajun Craze, Hello Honey and Basic Black. I really like Cajun Craze and do not use it often enough.
I used two butterfly sets, Butterfly Basics (for the ferns) and Watercolor Wings for the butterfly and sentiment. I hadn’t used the Watercolor Wings set before…looking forward to making more pretty butterflies with all the different layers included! The white background was embossed with the brick wall embossing folder.
Here is the color palette~
Have a great night!

This is absolutely gorgeous. And the embossed background with it is perfect. Way to come out of a scrapping slump.

How simply wonderful! I love that you kept the butterfly as the main focal point on the brick background and the use of the ‘ferns’ in silhouette! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!
