Hi!
MFT started up a new year of challenges on a brand new site! Check it out HERE!
The first one is the weekly sketch challenge…I’m going to attempt to do them all this year. I didn’t make it last year but I want to try again. Gotta use all these cool stamps and dies I own!
Here is my take on the sketch~
For this card I used a sentiment from Lisa Johnson’s Snowflake Splendor stamp set and the following Die-namics: Pierced Snowflakes, Stitched Rounded Rectangles Stax and the Blueberry panel was cut with a die from Blueprints 13. I looooooove the Pierced Snowflakes. They cut so nice and the piercing really stands out! I am also in love with the new Blueberry color released last month. It’s a great shade of blue that I do not have in my stash from anywhere else. I almost forgot! The Sno Cone panel was stamped with the Snowfall background in Sweet Tooth pigment ink.
Have a great night!
Supplies~ all MFT unless otherwise noted
Stamps: LJD Snowflake Splendor, Snowfall background
Ink: Sweet Tooth pigment ink, Blueberry hybrid ink
CS: Sweet Tooth, Grout Gray, Sno Cone, Blueberry
Other: Pierced Snowflakes, Stitched Rounded Rectangles Stax, Blueprints 13, SU basic jewels rhinestones
