Tonight I am sharing the 2nd sympathy card I needed to make. This one is for an old friend that lost her grandfather this week. She’s not a pink kinda girl so I used the same colors as I did on yesterday’s card.
I have no idea why the word sympathy is not straight…it’s driving me crazy but I know it was on the block correctly. For the layout I used this week’s Tuesday Morning Sketch, I really liked the heart considering I was making a sympathy card but my bigger heart punch is MIA so I decided to use butterflies instead.
Here is the sketch~
Friday Faves will most likely be up later tomorrow…it’s late now and I’m tired! I was up until midnight last night watching the Red Sox game. It was in the middle of the 10th inning when I went to bed. I found out this morning that it went 14 innings so it’s a good thing I didn’t stay up any longer than I did.
Thanks for visiting!

Kristie, this is perfect! Love the butterflies and your choice of sketch/layout. I’m not a pink kind of gal either, so I really appreciate your sensitivity to that. Great card, your friend will really like it.
