Hello!

Welcome to my stop on the Flowers Blog Hop! If you didn’t arrive from Melva’s blog, you can start the hop from the beginning via the Roll Call below.

Stampin’ Up! is well known for their beautiful floral stamps and this new catalog is no exception! However I decided to use a carryover set that still hadn’t seen ink even though I bought it during it’s debut in the January-June 2021 mini catalog. It’s the Art Gallery stamp set with its companion die set, Floral Gallery dies.

I was intimidated by the two step stamping and shouldn’t have been! I looked up a video and with the help of the Stamparatus, it was so easy to stamp!

The base flower was stamped in Rich Razzleberry and the next two layers in Blackberry Bliss. I stamped the stem in Pear Pizzazz.  The papers are from the Flowering Fields DSP in the January-June 2022 mini catalog, still time to get these beautiful papers! I used the b sides to keep the focus on the flower. See that notched die I used with the sentiment? That comes with the Floral Gallery dies as well! A nice die that can be used with a multitude of stamp sets.

I hope you enjoyed my creation! Your next stop is Caron, just hit the Next Blog button!
