Good morning!!
Danni and I are bringing back her old Stampin’ Up Sunday series! Today we are using the pretty Falling Flowers stamp set! You can check out her post HERE!
This is the pile of flowers that I stamped, colored and die cut using the stamp set and coordinating die set, May Flowers. It took me HOURS! Some of the flowers were stamped on Whisper White cardstock and lightly watercolored using the same color that I stamped the flowers/leaves in.
I then built several card bases using the same colors – Old Olive, Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant and the new In-Color Sweet Sugarplum. From there I started building my cards, adding in die cuts from the Layering Squares and Circles framelits. In total I made 4 cards and a bookmark. I’ll share the first two cards today!
Sentiments were added using the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set. I needed something really small to stamp in there. I tried going with no sentiments but I didn’t like the look.
I’ll share the other cards soon – hopefully in the next few days! Thanks for stopping by today!

Looks like you had a blast making all of the flowers and leaves, and so fun to see the beautiful cards you created using them!

These are both beautiful and I love the paper and colors you used. Great idea to make all those dies and then come up with great cards.
