We are on to the last couple of Celebrating Summer posts! I know summer isn’t over for several weeks but I have something else up my sleeve for September 🙂
Another card from my crop last weekend, this one uses Sketch #554 from SCS. Â I liked the split panel at the bottom. Â At first I was going to use it as a sentiment panel but then decided to create a sea scene and cut the panel to add interest. I think it turned out pretty good!
I stamped several images from Taylored Expressions Under the Sea stamp set on Canson Watercolor paper and then colored everything with my Zig Clean Color brushes. Â The background was a pain to color! The sentiment was stamped from the same set and then I added twine from the Twinery to finish it off.
Here is the sketch~
Have a great night!
