Happy, Happy New Year to all of you!

 

I always love New Year’s Day. It’s a day for starting fresh and new. I find it to be such a peaceful day. We lazed around this morning and then I spent 5 hours cleaning my craft room. It was long overdue!

 

While I was cleaning I found my new Happy New Year’s stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I knew I had a Happy New Year stamp and was driving myself crazy trying to remember what it looked like.  Once my desk was clean, I sat down and made this card using Mojo Monday’s latest round or square sketch. I went with a 5×5 square card.  The paper I used is from my ‘old’ basket. I picked a bunch of 6×6 pads a few months ago and stuck them in there. I’m going to try to use those first. I have to say I’m not a fan of this pad lol…think I bought it just because it was Basic Grey.
