I am hoping to resume my daily “matchup” card that I dropped the ball on way back in January.
Today’s challenge: Papertrey Ink stamps + Sassafrass Lass paper + shaker card
I forgot how hard shaker cards are LOL. I avoid them even though I took a class in last year making them from a kit (that I still haven’t finished…ha). I made two mistakes with this one – forgetting to ground my images and not adding enough sequins. I do like how it turned out but there is definitely room for improvement on the next one. To add a little pizzazz, I paper pieced the lamp shade, chair and pillow. This is still one of my favorite techniques in crafting!
