It’s September 7th and I finally made my first card for the month!
This is a last minute entry for Mojo Monday’s sketch challenge. I saw it earlier and wanted to use some new paper I bought yesterday. It’s Jack Frost by American Crafts. I went to A.C. Moore yesterday and hit the jackpot! There was an entire end cap of 6×6 pads for $2.99 each, can we say BARGAIN?! I bought…um…quite a few LOL!
The snowflake was covered in 2 way glue and then I sprinkled DecoArt Glamour Dust on it. My first time using it and oh my, what a mess! It’s still falling off the snowflake and onto everything. I added a sentiment from Paper Smooches Christmas Sampler stamp set.
Here is the sketch~
Have a great night!

Great job on the snowflake, it looks fantastic. I love the papers you used. Is that a ribbon or a strip of paper across the card?

Beautiful Christmas card! Very pretty design and I love your sparkly snowflake! 🙂

Such a beautiful Christmas card and I love your use of the non traditional colours. Great work with the snow flake and I totally get the frustration of the sparkles falling off. I spray hair spray onto anything I’ve added glitter etc to and it seems to help keep it in place.

Oh, the snowflake is so pretty with the sparkles all over it. Lucky you with your great find!
