Christmas in July Day 7 – Holiday Bouquet

Hi!

I’ve made cards 7 days in a row, haven’t done that in SO long. Today I made 3 cards!

This card is for Day 7 of Christmas in July. Our prompt is Poinsettia which I happen to love and have lots of stamps to choose from. I am also sharing this card with the Anything Goes challenge at Merry Little Christmas challenge blog.

I pulled out Holiday Bouquet from Avery Elle and had such a fun time coloring it! Papers are from Echo Park.

Here is the inside of the card~

Have a good night!

Love Ewe

I made this adorable Valentine’s card for my littlest niece this morning. It’s her first handmade card from Auntie!

2016 Card 23 - Avery Elle Hogs and Kisses

I used the new Mojo Monday sketch. I liked all the layers on it, great way to use several different patterned papers.  All of the paper is from Crate Paper Hello Love and the stamps are from Avery Elle’s Hogs & Kisses set.  The big heart is from Avery Elle’s Scalloped & Pierced hearts set and the smaller hearts are from a Lawn Fawn die.

I had a ton of stuff set aside for all the Valentine cards I would make this month…ha. I guess I can put it all away now! This was the only card I ended up making. Mike and my nephew got cards from a card class I took last month.  LOAD has kicked my butt this month and cardmaking has fallen by the wayside.

I’ll be back later with my LOAD layout. Still trying to figure out what to do!

Supplies~

Stamps: Avery Elle Hogs and Kisses

Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Ranger Archival Jet Black

CS: SU Pink Pirouette

PP: Crate Paper Hello Love

Other: Avery Elle Scalloped & Pierced Heart Elle-ments, Lawn Fawn hearts, copics

25 Days of Christmas 2015 Day 2 and The Matchup #2

Today I am combining my 2 personal challenges with a sketch from Try Stampin on Tuesday.

Today’s Matchup is Avery Elle and Authentique. I used the newer Penguin Greetings stamp set and some older Authentique paper called Believe.

I liked the color blocking on the sketch that allowed me to use several patterned papers, most small scraps. The penguins were stamped and then cut out on my Scan N Cut and colored with copics. I added some gold cording trim from Stampin Up.

Here is the sketch~

Hopefully I will get an earlier start on tomorrow’s card. I will burn out quick if I keep staying up so late! But I am having fun crafting and look forward to making something each day.

Roll with It

I almost forgot to share this card! I made it on Wednesday afternoon for a transportation swap. The new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches sparked an idea and I went with it.

2015 Card 114 - Avery Elle Roll with It

I stamped the yellow striped background with an MFT background stamp using my MISTI. It was so easy and probably the first time I got a really good impression from one of these stamps.  I masked a circle on it so I could spotlight my bike that I stamped afterwards.  I then cut that panel with a Dotted Die from Avery Elle. I added a strip of patterned paper, added the sentiment, and sprinkled some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.
