As I have for the last two years, I am setting myself a word for next year.
This year I have chosen focus.
I hope to accomplish the following~
- Focus on the positives
- Focus on the moment (this is a biggie! I want to slow down and enjoy whatever it is I am doing instead of thinking of what has to be done next)
- Focus on using up my scrappy stash
- Focus on reducing clutter
- Focus on reducing debt
- Focus on getting healthier
I signed up for Ali Edwards’ OLW workshop for 2012 but didn’t end up using it. I was still able to accomplish a few things with my chosen word so I think I will focus on what my word means to me without utilizing a class for 2013.
Have you chosen One Little Word or has it chosen you?

I feel like focus is something that technology is damaging… we are so used to getting things immediately and having so many things going at one time, it’s difficult to focus anymore! Great word, I have been consistently working on focus as well! 🙂

I love the idea of figuring out a word or theme to centre the entire year on.
