My Paper Life

Several years ago I was part of many swap groups and then it got to be too much for to keep up with. Recently I rejoined two of those groups since I missed the friends I made in those groups.  I only need to make one card a month for each so I hope to be able to do just that.

This card is for a let it snow/winter scene swap. I found this stamp set when I was looking for something else. I thought it was perfect AND it hadn’t been used yet.  I used the current Sweet Sunday Sketch for the layout.

I paper pieced the gloves & scarf after coloring the sweater…which took me forever.  I am SO out of practice with my markers and to me it really does show.  I’m going to a crop in a week and I can’t wait to sit down with my copics and get to practicing!
