Author: Two of my online friends recently lost their fathers so I created these cards to send them. Keeping them flat was a must since I am mailing them. I used the Verve stamp set – Forever in Our Hearts on both cards.
This is the first one using the sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches. I flipped the sketch to better accommodate the image. The paper is from the DCWV Linen stack from several years ago. I found it a bit hard to stamp on the patterned background.
This is the second one using last week’s Tuesday Morning Sketches. Silly me should have blogged this one sooner since I missed the deadline now.
I used MME Fiddlesticks for this card along with the above mentioned Verve set and the sentiment is from an older Taylored Expressions set. The circles were cut using the MFT Circle Stax dies.
